Who is the Trust’s Field Representative, to assist with joinder and participation of police associations?

The Trustees have retained Earl Titman as Field Representative to provide educational services for the Trust. Mr. Titman previously sat as Chairman of the Trust, and has extensive knowledge of the Trust makeup and daily operations.
