Many years ago, there were a couple of small independent retiree medical trusts operating in Northern California. Those two trusts merged around 2005 and created a trust called the North State Trust. We are heading into the fourth quarter of 2020 with riots, anarchy, civil unrest, racial tensions, unbelievably poor legislation, violent attitudes toward law enforcement, COVID-19 and a presidential election.
