As of April 1, the PORAC Retiree Medical Trust has changed our third-party administrator (TPA) service provider contract. The new TPA is Benefit Programs Administration, less formally known simply as BPA.

The trustees are committed to making the change as painless as possible for all participants. But some change is going to be necessary. Everyone will need to register, or reregister, their account, whichever the case may be. The process is straightforward and fairly simple.
It is vitally important that we are able to maintain contact with all participants. Honestly, while we do need to know where our retired and separated participants are, it could be even more important for us to stay in touch with those still working. We want to be able to keep you informed of amendments and changes to the plan. Federal law requires us to notify you of various plan developments.
In an effort to promote the reregistration process, which will lessen the work to find missing participants, we want to offer you an incentive.
If you are one of our 14,000+ participants, register your account with us by May 31. If you do so, you will automatically be entered into a drawing for 20 $100 Amazon gift cards. Winners will be identified electronically by a random picker software program. We will publish the winners on our website no later than June 15.
Just a couple items of protocol:
- You must complete the registration process, including providing us with your current contact information.
- No government mailing addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses will be accepted.
